How do I pay?
After booking online, our team will send deposit payment details by email or LINE @NovotelIMPACT within 24 hours. The Early Bird and ALL Accor+ Explorer rates require a 50% deposit to secure your seats. The balance is settled on the night.
When does Early Bird end?
You need to book and pay the 50% deposit by the date shown on this page. After that the regular rate applies, and Early Bird seats are limited.
How does the ALL Accor+ Explorer rate work?
Choose "ALL Accor+ Explorer member" when booking and enter your membership number. Our team will verify it and ask to see your card on the night.
Allergies or vegetarian?
Tell us in the "dietary requirements" field when booking. The chef will adapt courses where possible. Please let us know at least 3 days before the event.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Chat with us on LINE @NovotelIMPACT or call +66 2 833 4888 with your booking reference. Deposit refund conditions are as advised by our team.
Where do I park?
Park at Novotel Bangkok IMPACT. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Parking is free for up to 4 hours with a minimum spend of 1,500 baht per bill per car. Send your car plate number to our team on LINE @NovotelIMPACT in advance to reserve your space.
